The Swedish Chemicals Agency has issued a international training programme titled as Strategies for Chemicals Management. The objective is that participating countries have obtained further insight in relations between chemicals management in the supply and use chain, economic growth and improved health and environment.
The training course in Sweden will be held at the Swedish Chemicals Agency in Stockholm, Sweden. Selected candidates are responsible for obtaining all necessary visas and validity of passport well ahead of the start of the programme.
Target Group – Burkina Faso, Ghana, Kenya, Mozambique, Nigeria, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe are prioritized countries.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates from Africa with potential and wish to develop chemicals management on a national level may apply.
- Applicants should have a relevant university degree in technical or natural sciences, or other relevant university education.
- Nomination of at least two persons from the institution or country is encouraged.
Application Process
Application as paper original documents with all required signatures and attachments should be submitted to the Embassy of Sweden, if there is one in your country. In countries without an Embassy of Sweden, the application should be submitted directly to the programme organizer.
