Kroc Institute: Conference on Peace and Conflict Studies
The University of Notre Dame’s Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies is one of the world’s leading centers for the study of the causes of violent conflict and strategies for sustainable peace. The Kroc Institute’s mission is integral to Notre Dame, an international Catholic research university.
The Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies, University of Notre Dame has issued call for proposals to attend a conference for graduate students and early career faculty. The conference theme is “Beyond Boundaries: Shifting Dynamics in Peace and Conflict Studies.”
This conference welcomes individual papers, full panels, roundtables, posters, and workshops that explore the flows and changes taking place worldwide. In celebration of the Kroc Institute’s interdisciplinary approach, the institute highly encourages submissions that transgress established disciplinary boundaries in the arts, humanities, social and natural sciences.
Submission Process
Proposals should include a 300-word abstract explaining the topic, theoretical background, methodology, and implications of the project. Participants are required to fill the online proposal application.
