Association for Gender Awareness & Human empowerment (AGAHE) is currently inviting eligible applicants to submit proposals for its two programmes-
- Development of ToT Manual on WASH Rights
- Development of training Module on MHM Entreprenuers

Development of ToT Manual on WASH Rights
The general objective of this training manual is to improve the level of understanding of water, sanitation and hygiene behavior change process and facilitate achievement of program objectives in a sustained manner through participatory and coordinated learning events.
Programme Objectives
The specific objectives are to:
- Deliver, staff working in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene with a model for sensitizing, and motivating communities to adopt safe hygiene and sanitation behavior.
- Provide, personnel involved in supporting communities to adopt safe hygiene and sanitation behaviors with tools for empowering communities to identify, plan, implement and monitor interventions that can result in sustained safe hygiene and sanitation behavior.
- Provide, WASH personnel with methods and approaches that can lead to sustained hygienic use of water and sanitation facilities.
- Provide, a more effective inclusive child rights approach for policy, advocacy and strategy development.
- Empowers the trainers with skills to perform their capacity building in planning and organizing the relevant subject.
Geographical focus
The ToT Manual on WASH Rights will be prepared keeping in mind the scenario of Punjab Province specifically District Muzaffargarh.
Duration of assignment
AGAHE intends to enter into an agreement for 45 days commencing from agreement date with the selected individual consultant/ consultancy firm.
Eligibility Criteria
Individual consultant or lead/key consultant of a consultancy firm, assigned to the study should meet the following requirements and qualification:
- Minimum five years of experience in WASH preferably child rights and MHM focused.
- High competency in report writing and analytical skills.
- Other attributes e.g. analytical skills, communicating.
- Experience in developing training manuals.
- The Consultant / firm are required to submit detailed Technical and Financial proposal for development.
- and printing of Training of Trainers Manual on WASH Rights (child rights inclusive) and menstrual hygiene management.
