The Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the Embassy of the United States in Islamabad, Pakistan is calling applications for the English Access Micro scholarship Program. The goal is to strengthen ties between the United States and Pakistan to increase understanding through educational exchanges.
Award Information
- Anticipated period: 12 months
- Number of awards anticipated: 1
- Award amount: The award floor is set at $150,000 and the award ceiling is set at $250,000
The objective is to promote the development of English language, social, and analytical skills of the participants, through first-hand experiences in science and technology. Through team work activities, the program will develop their leadership, communication, and social responsibility skills.
Eligibility Information
- The funding opportunity is limited to Pakistani based and registered not-for-profit, civil society/non-governmental organizations with U.S. government exchange or English language programming experience.
- Applicants are allowed to submit only one proposal per organization.
- Applicants must demonstrate experience executing successful English language or exchange programming activities.
