Palladium is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Accounts Payable Officer in Brisbane, Australia.
The Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible to ensure the accurate recording of supplier invoices and supplier payments are done in a timely manner and in compliance with the appropriate credit terms and internal controls.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Accounts Payable Officer will perform the following functions-
- Undertake the day to day operations of the processing and payment of suppliers.
- Ensure Accounts Payable policies and procedures are implemented consistently.
- Prepare fund transfers transactions.
- Maintain credit card register and process credit card acquittals.
- Any other duties as required within Finance.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in an accounts payable role.
- Knowledge of full cycle accounts payable processes.
- Exposure to processing online payments.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- High standard of written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi currency transactional experience advantageous.
- Experience working in Accpac advantageous.
