Creative Associates International is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Grants Manager in Tunis, Tunisia.
The Grants Manager will be responsible for providing administrative and technical guidance to the Chief of Party and staff on the design of grants applications, guidelines, and regulations for the large grants mechanism.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Grants Manager will perform the following functions-
- Analyzing and evaluating grant submissions for technical and budget soundness and compliance with USAID regulations, recommending award actions to the contract team.
- Coordinating the issuance of awards and maintain contract documentation through the development and upkeep of a grants database.
- Providing direct technical support to the program’s primary local NGO partners and sub-awardees.
- Conducting technical and administrative capacity building training.
- Coordinating closely with the COP to ensure grants fit within the overall program goals and objectives.
- Preparing scheduled and special reports, studies and analyses regarding the small grants program.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in a portfolio management position.
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in managing compliance of complex administrative systems (e.g. grants, procurement, or reporting).
- University degree in a relevant field desired, but not required.
- Previous experience working in North Africa is desirable.
- Experience working in Tunisia would be an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical capacity.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Fluency in French and/or Arabic strongly desired.
