Coffey is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Results Manager in Yangon, Myanmar. The duration for the post is of 5 years.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Results Manager will perform the following functions-
- Lead the development and implementation of the HARP Facility Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework based on the programme theory of change and results chains.
- Support HARP’s management team through overseeing the day-to-day data gathering and analysis, including data collection for baselines, mid-lines and end-lines, and contributing to the programmer’s overall knowledge and results management strategy.
- Engage with multiple stakeholders, including grantees (UN Organizations, international or national NGOs, and civil society organizations), local organizations, government institutions, and other donors and donor programmes.
- Support effective communication and working partnerships within and between the HARP team and its implementing partners required.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- An advanced university degree (or equivalent) in the fields of Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Business Administration or other relevant field.
- 10+ years relevant experience designing and monitoring large donor programmes, applying results based methodologies that incorporate qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Ability to undertake in-depth programme analysis, link to strategic direction and oversee monitoring team.
- Demonstrated technical expertise to monitor and evaluate technical assistance programmes related to humanitarian assistance and/or capacity-building of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and civil-society organizations (CSOs).
- Experience of working in Myanmar and/or elsewhere in South East Asia.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results on large-scale donor-funded programmes particularly programmes involving grants fund management.
- Excellent analytical and report writing skills.
