The Amnesty International (AI) is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Volunteer – International Human Rights Education based in London, UK.

Key Job Responsibilities
The Volunteer – International Human Rights Education will perform the following functions-
- Support the collecting and systematization of information on the human rights education activities done sections in the 2 global campaigns.
- Collect information focusing on the impact and contribution of human rights education in the global campaign.
- Assist in the production, publication and dissemination of human rights education resources and materials.
- Analyse and draft reports and other documents on human rights education related issues.
- Liaise and communicate with Amnesty’s national offices, from time to time.
- Assist the HRE Team in routine administrative work, as required, including organising meetings and taking minutes, filing and organizational assistance, correspondence and draft replies, booking travel arrangements, etc.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Working knowledge and experience of human rights issues.
- Knowledge and interest in human rights education.
- Knowledge and experience in monitoring and evaluation.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Excellent research skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent IT skills, including strong working knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel, as well as working with databases and internet.
- Excellent communication skills: ability to produce written material in a clear and coherent manner.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: ability to communicate with a broad variety of people both internal and external of a multicultural and multilingual organization.
- Good organizational skills and willingness to undertake routine administrative work.
- Flexibility to understand and accept changes in priorities and to be able to multi-task between various projects and under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
- Understanding and acceptance of confidentiality of Amnesty International work.
