Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Monitoring & Evaluation Manager will perform the following functions-
- Responsible for ensuring the successful planning and implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities across the VAHRDP program cycle as outlined in the 5-year M&E Strategy and Plan.
- Embed gender-sensitive M&E approaches across program units and conduct a range of activities including surveys and case studies.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Qualification and previous practical experience in implementing gender-sensitive M&E activities for a large program or organization.
- Experience in a range of data collection and analysis methodologies will be required as well as high level analytical skills for qualitative analysis and report writing.
- Previous experience working in a diverse team in the development sector will be highly regarded.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- Nationality of Vietnam.
