The Civil Society Health Policy Action Fund (HPAF), launched by the International Health Partnership and related initiatives (IHP+), is a funding opportunity for national health organizations and health networks (comprising of service providers, health worker organizations, patient groups, non governmental organizations, community-based organizations, academic institutions, media, research and advocacy networks). The Fund invites project proposals with grant availability between $25,000 and $30,000. Applicant organizations from selected 21 countries can respond to this opportunity. “The fund aims to support southern civil society organizations, networks and coalitions to become more effectively engaged in national health policy processes.” International NGOs can also apply to this opportunity as part of a local civil society coalition.
