PeaceNexus is a Swiss-based Foundation established in May 2009. It was founded by Anne Gloor and has been supported since its inception by the endowment granted by the philanthropist Hansjörg Wyss.
PeaceNexus awards grants to develop and test innovative peacebuilding ideas and to support the organisational development of peacebuilding NGOs.
Organizational Development Grants – With this grant, PeaceNexus aims to provide funding and a space for critical reflection to enable NGOs to better manage internal change and make the most of their peacebuilding potential, thereby directly contributing to their impact and sustainability.
Innovation Grants – With this grant, PeaceNexus sets out to enable peacebuilding actors to develop and test new ideas and approaches around specific peacebuilding challenges.
