The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications from organizations in its Guinea Health Service Delivery (HSD) Program.
The purpose of the program is to support the development, introduction, and scale up of high-impact Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (RMNCH) interventions. The program will also support the efforts to rebuild and strengthen Guinea’s health system in the wake of the devastating Ebola outbreak.
Along with the HSD program the program will also work in concert with two other multi-year health services:
- Health systems strengthening (HSS), and
- Social behavior change communication (SBCC) and social mobilization.

Award Information
- USAID intends to provide up to $24 Million in total USAID funding over a Five (5) year period.
- USAID intends to award one (1) Cooperative Agreement pursuant to the notice of funding opportunity.
Eligibility Criteria
- U.S and non-U.S organizations are eligible to participate in the program.
- Applying Organizations should not have previously received financial assistance from USAID.
- Applicants must have established financial management, monitoring and evaluation processes, internal control systems, and policies and procedures that comply with established U.S. Government standards, laws, and regulations.
- The Recipient must be a responsible entity.
