Managing for sustainable development impact Couse sponsored by Wageningen UR Centre for Development Innovation is inviting applicants to strengthen their ability to play a significant role in managing for impact.
The course will be held from 7 March 2016 to 25 March 2016.
The candidates will be able to link the theory and concepts of the M4I approach and put monitoring and evaluation at the service of your core management processes. Through the course program Wageningen UR wants to accomplish its mission “To explore the potential of nature to improve the quality of life’.
Objectives
- strengthen participants competence to manage for impact in your own individual sphere of work;
- make participants able to play a more effective role in helping your organisation to manage for impact;
- understand principles and practice of strategic thinking and guidance; effective operations; monitoring and evaluation for change; change management; interactive processes for people engagement and learning; the learning organisation; capacities and conditions for M4I;
- sharpen a strategic attitude and strengthened your strategic and technical competencies to manage for impact.

Eligibility Criteria
- Middle or senior level programme manager, staff or consultant with planning and or monitoring & evaluation responsibilities in a business, government or non-government organisation are eligible to apply for the course.
