The Hague Academy for Local Governance is organizing the training course on “Leadership and Municipal Management” in The Hague from 8th to 19th April 2013. The training answers questions like: How do you develop a vision for your municipality and make it reality? How can you involve different stakeholders? And how can you manage your administration effectively? Topics that will be addressed are the development of organisational and human resources and the use of financial management systems, planning arrangements, evaluation tools and performance based management. During interactive sessions you will learn about the Leadership Benchmark as a comprehensive tool for improving leadership in local government.
