A format has been provided by the UNFPII to develop the budget. But make sure that you include only activity-based costs because no capital costs leading to purchase of equipment such as computers will be funded. Your list of activities will aid you in determining the costs and writing down the budget.
The Annex B seeks detailed information about your Organizational Profile. Make sure that you have updated the Profile to include your recent affiliations and the financial information. Give a brief history of your organization (how it was set up) and the members involved governing it. The structure of your organization can best be presented in form of a chart. Include the most recent projects and names of the networks with whom your organization is associated. In Partnerships, you can mention other donors supporting your NGO.
