The US Agency for International Development’s Mission in Zimbabwe (USAID/Zimbabwe) is seeking applications from organizations interested in implementing the Zimbabwe HIV Care and Treatment (HCT) Mechanism.
Goals of HCT Mechanism
- To increase the availability of high quality comprehensive care and treatment services for HIV-positives at community level,
- To strengthen community-level health systems to monitor, track and maintain persons living with HIV and AIDS (PLWHA) in care.
Award Information
USAID intends to provide approximately $35,000,000 to be allocated over a 5-year period for this program. USAID/Zimbabwe anticipates a 5-year period of performance from approximately September 1, 2015 through August 31, 2020.
Eligibility Information
- Eligible organizations include US non-federal (non-profit) entities, US commercial firms foregoing profit, faith-based organizations, foreign organizations and foreign public entities.
- USAID encourages applications from potential new partners.
