The United States Agency for International Development mission in Mali (USAID/Mali) is seeking applications from all eligible organizations for Assistance award to implement a five year “Education Recovery Support” activity.
USAID/Mali intends to award one five-year cooperative agreement with an anticipated total amount up to $15,200,000 for maximum 5 years. Awards could start as early as mid-june 2015 and no later than July 31, 2015.
The purpose of Education Recovery Support Activity (ERSA) is to increase equitable access to learning opportunities for out-of-school children and youth in teh affected conflict regions of Northern Mali (region of Gao).
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified applicants may be U.S. or Mali based Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), private voluntary organizations (PVOs), for-profit companies willing to forego profit, and Public International Organizations (PIOs).
- Faith-based and community organizations that fit the criteria above are also eligible to apply.
- Recipients are not required to have prior experience with USAID.
- USAID encourages applications from potential new partners.
- Each applicant/organization must submit only one application.
